When you go court and get probation when is your first appointment usually?

I have court in 2 days and I know that im getting 1 year probation. So when will my first meeting be does anybody have a ballpark answer for that? and will they drug test me on my first meeting? I live in evansville indiana does anybody know how the laws work in indiana on that.?

It all depends on your PO.

As for the P test, he can ask for it anytime if you are on papers. As for you "knowing" you are getting 1 year probation, you don't know. They could give you a year. Hope the judge didn't catch his wife cheating on him with someone that looks exactly like you that morning. Last, but not least, if you try and "beat" the drug test on papers for a year, I don't like your chances. 1 out of 10 can do drugs while on probation.
