Where can I find an online or onsite course/seminar on the basics of law?

I work at a law firm and want to take a very basic law course or seminar to learn the terminology and some of the basics of litigation and what not. My law firm is primarily malpractice litigation, real estate law, and wills and powers of attorney. Where can I get a simple course for this? I don't want to sound like an idiot all the time and not understand anything that's going on.
