Where Can I Look For A List?

Postby elton » Fri Dec 20, 2013 5:42 pm

Spedifically a listing of atrocities committed by each reps and dems just like the chicago watergate and dead voter scandal. I picture it'll be fairly lengthy but i'm confident thereis some political junkie out there with as well significantly time to kill and mediocre understanding of html.

Where Can I Find A List?

Postby Birlie » Sun Feb 02, 2014 4:28 am

ILLEGAL WAR The memorial goes on to set forth that, George W. Bush has intentionally misled the Congress and the public regarding the threat from Iraq in order to justify a war against Iraq, intentionally conspired with others to defraud the United States in connection with the war against Iraq in violation of Title 18 United States Code, Section 371;   ILLEGAL SPYING  *Update - Recently Found Guilty by District Court The memorial goes on to set forth that, George W. Bush has admitted to ordering the National Security Agency to conduct electronic surveillance of American civilians without seeking warrants from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review, duly constituted by Congress in 1978, in violation of Title 50 United States Code, Section 1805;   GENEVA CONVENTION VIOLATIONS *Update -Found Guilty by the Federal Supreme Court The memorial goes on to set forth that, George W. Bush has conspired to commit the torture of prisoners in violation of the "Federal Torture Act" Title 18 United States Code, Section 113C, the UN Torture convention and the Geneva Convention, which under Article VI of the Constitution are part of the "supreme Law of the Land;"    George W. Bush has conspired to deny due process to prisoners of war, indiscriminantly bomb cities, transfer prisoners of war from an occupied territory, and planned, prepared, initiated and waged of a war of aggression in violation of U.S. Military Code section 2441, Geneva convention(I Art 3, II Art 18, Art 19, III Art 13, Art 17, Art 33, Art 34, Art 49, IV Art 3), and the 1945 Nuremberg Principles articles 6(a) and(b);     ILLEGAL DETENTION *Update - Found Guilty by District Court The memorial goes on to set forth that, George W. Bush has acted to strip Americans of their constitutional rights by ordering indefinite detention of citizens, without access to legal counsel, without charge and without opportunity to appear before a civil judicial officer to challenge the detention, based solely on the discretionary designation by the President of a U.S. citizen as an "enemy combatant", all in subversion of law;   ILLEGAL RELEASE OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION The memorial goes on to set forth that, George W. Bush authorized the leaking classified national secrets to further a political agenda, exposing an unknown number of covert U. S. intelligence agents to potential harm and retribution while simultaneously refusing to investigate the matter;   ILLEGAL FREEZING OF ACCOUNTS AND RESTRICTION TO FREEDOM OF ASSEMBLY *Update - Found Guilty by District Court The memorial goes on to set forth that, George W. Bush ordered the freezing of financial accounts without limit to how groups were chosen to be on such a list, and further sets forth that he ordered himself the power to create blacklists of any individual he felt was associated with the aforementioned groups. Thereby creating a system of "guilt by association."   ILLEGAL USE OF SIGNING STATEMENTS The memorial goes on to set forth that, George Walker Bush has attached signing statements to more than one hundred bills before signing them, within which he has made over eleven hundred challenges to provisions of laws passed by Congress, a figure that exceeds the total number of such challenges by all previous presidents combined, and has used this practice to exempt himself, as President of the United States, from enforcing or from being held accountable to provisions of the said laws. By declining to veto bills, and instead attaching signing statements challenging hundreds of laws passed by Congress, he has sought to exempt the executive branch from accountability to said laws, thereby violating Article 1, Section 7 and Article II, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution. These articles of the Constitution dictate that the president has the option of signing or vetoing a bill, and upon signing the bill to "take care that the laws be faithfully executed."     And let?s not forget the fiddled WMD evidence, the ignoring of 911 evidence, the Plame coverup, no-bid contracts to Cheney?s company,  the firing of multiple military advisers to the Prez who told him to to go into Iraq, the firing of attorneys who would not stretch the rules, Bush?s layziness,  Bush?s avoiding Vietnam, Bush?s multiple rescues from bankruptcy by big bizness,  Bush?s insider trading in Harken Oil, Bush?s DWI, Bush?s cocaine usage, Bush?s AWOL, the Swift-boating of a war hero, the smearing of war-vet quadriplegic,  sending troops to Iraq without body armor or helmets, the total bungling of the Iraq occupation, no-bid contracts for "Iraq reconstruction", the death of 1.4 million Iraqis,  the Patriot Act, wiretapping, email surveillance in the USA, ordering the Bin Ladens to fly out of the country on the only plane allowed in the air,  meeting with and doing business with the Bin Ladens the day before 9/11, tripling the National Debt.   And before that:  harassing of a President:   Spending 14 million investigating "WhiteWater", which resulted in no charges against anybody in office.  The Harrassment of "Travel-Gate", "Vince-Foster-Gate", "Clinton-murdered-teens-with-a-train-gate" and "Transition-gate", where FBI and CBO investigations showed no irregularities.   And these are just the things we know for sure.  How much more were they able to hush up?   And let?s not forget Clinton?s misdeeds:  He presided over the healthiest economy in 30 years, he got some consensual goodies while in office(and since then has selflessly raised many billions to help fight world hunger and disease).     ---For more:   http://www.serendipity.li/impeachment.htm http://www.thefourreasons.org/index.htm

Where Can I Find A List?

Postby Orlin » Wed Feb 12, 2014 10:34 am

Well, you could certainly start researching it and write a book about it.Both sides play dirty, but I think you would find a massive number of Democrat political hijinx compared with a paltry few Republican dirty tricks.

Where Can I Find A List?

Research Suggestions That is a very broad topic.  It probably would have to be written in book form, but a summarized version, list, and/or bibliography could be attempted.  I would narrow your thesis and start researching different types of sources(politics, history, news, government, Washington DC players,...).  With any political writing, one has to be careful to read many different books, periodicals, online media, etc. to discover all points of view.  The mainstream media & academia tend to be liberal, & favor the Democrats. (BIAS by Bernard Goldberg, a former CBS reporter, tells that story.)   Suggested Sources of Information    1. The Prince of Darkness, by D.C. reporter Robert Novak(1960-2008 politics). & all columns by Evans & Novak during same period); 2. Where Can I Find A List?

Postby Allan » Sun Mar 16, 2014 8:19 pm

Lychnobite replied to post #2: 3 That's what i was thinking, they're be far more cases of Democrats playing dirty politics but that opinion is from years of paying attention to the MSM which is clearly biased in favor of Dems so that should tip to balance against them considering they would be more likely to avoid stories when a dem is facing possible scandal. 45 months ago
