Where do I began to sue for medical malpractice? urology.?

I recently had a surgery called an orchiopexy due to half torsion or "intermittent torsion" in both testies. Orchiopexy involves tacking the testies to the scrotal wall to prevent rotation. My right testicle it side ways, inflamed, misshapen and squishy. Its been 3 months and i saw him yesterday and tells me every thing is fine and rushes me out. He also tells the front desk lady to give me my co pay back . Im 18 and my cover kids is shitty insurance.

You've posted in Careers & Employment > Health Care

If you want to sue someone, your first step will be to consult an attorney.

You will not win if the only problem you have is that the doctor rushed you. This is grounds to find a new doctor, not for a lawsuit.

Malpractice usually involved gross negligence, not feeling rushed.

If the new doctor says that something was done incorrectly or that the old doctor missed something obvious, then you may have grounds for something.
