The company I used to work for was a bit larger(nearly 80 employees), but a simple incentive package Our executives were in 6 areas. Sales, operations, construction, service, repair, administration.Each 2 years, the executive team, and 5 invited members of the non-executive staff met to build a strategic plan and one of those strategies was planning incentives for our bosses.Basically, it went like this: our managers got a fairly low base salary, then could as much as double their pay by meeting several benchmarks within their area as well as the company meeting several overall benchmarks. In sales it was sales, but overall and specific systems, In service, it would be things like retention of contarcts, customer satisfaction ratings....Hope that helps some.
