Where do i look online, to find someone that has been in trouble with the law ?

Just looking for a website where I can look up where someone is located.

If you mean they are in prison then you would log onto your states Department of Corrections and it will have an inmate search, if you mean they have been charged with a crime but not in prison then you would have to find out if the county it is in has a website and if so the information would be on it. If you mean something else you need to re-post the question with enough details for an answer.
