Where is the Hp Class Action Lawsuit at ?

After sending our laptop over & over again to repair with no resolution, it would get very hot , now I found out there is a class action lawsuit for this model, dv9000. Junk Company , they should have replaced it al long time ago! But now I don't know were to sign up for the lawsuit, any idea were I can find the information ? thanks for all your help !!
