I want minimal taxes and paperwork so I was thinking about incorporating in Delaware or Nevada, but am not sure which.
My state of residency is Nebraska and I will be doing all business for the corporation via online at my home computer. Hopefully, I will be able to invest in a business computer in the near future so as to separate myself from the corporate entity as much as possible, but I am not too worried about law suits as of right now. The corporate activities would be to initialize trades of securities, stocks and possibly bonds in the future, through a Scottrade account set up under the corporate entity.
I read Nebraska's requirements and would like to avoid their extra tedious paperwork and income tax especially. I was looking at incorporating through a website called bizfilings.com. They seem to have good prices and offer a feature that I hope to take advantage of. This feature is to pay for a permanent address in the state of residency for Delaware or Nevada. I was planning on using this service and have my operations be based out of this address so that I don't have to be a foreign corporation in Nebraska and lose all of my benefits of incorporating in Delaware.
Would this work as I plan for it to? Do you have any suggestions as to what is best to do? If you need more information that could help you give me sound advice just message me.
Thank you in advanced,
Drenin
