Which City Should I Raise My Family In?

I have been stressing myself out, consistently thinking ahead in life, thinking of where I should relocate to pursue my dream career in Law Enforcement, I want to make sure that not only will I be happy in the new location that I would reside in, but, happy knowing that when I meet the right person and start a family, I will know that they will not only grow up, enjoying and loving the city they are being raised in, but also are having the best opportunities in life as well in terms of education and fun atmosphere

I have decided though, on several cities in which I would most like to relocate to,
I just cant decide

They are;

Los Angeles, California
Orange County (Anaheim, Fullerton), California
San Diego, California
San Francisco Bay Area (San Francisco, Sausalito, San Mateo), California

Tampa Bay Area, (Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota), Florida
South Florida Metro (Broward County), Florida
Orlando, Florida
Fort Myers Metro (Cape Coral, Bonita Springs), Florida

I Could Name Many More Cities But Mostly They are Those Two States (California, Florida)
In Which I Want to Relocate to
Which One Would Be Better to Raise a Family in
Which City in General is The Best in Terms of Raising a Family in

Please Help Me Decide
I Just Want to Make Sure That My Child(ren) Will Have The Best Quality of Life, Best Opportunities Education Wise and Will Be Happy With The Amenities in The Area

I have only been to a couple of places you have listed so I can't really compare each place. But something that you must consider is the cost of living. The more 'nicer' areas with the best education are going to be a lot more expensive to live in.

I know that South Carolina wasn't a choice, but I was born in Charleston, SC, and it is really nice. It's not too big or anything. It's very close to Florida and has perfect weather. Not too cold, not too hot. It's a great place to settle a family, and has many interesting places that you could take your kids when you want to settle down and have child(ren). Sorry that I didn't have much to say about Florida and California, but I still hope this somewhat helps.
