Which country following easy immigration laws, can you help me?

Of all developed countries, America's immigration laws are, probably, the easiest on newcomers.

Many countries make things easy to descendants of their nationals -- for example, Israel grants citizenship to any and all arriving Jews, if they ask for it. Germany treats any Germans like that -- even if they are descendants of Germans, who emigrated centuries ago.

Other places -- like Australia and Canada -- make things fairly easy for QUALIFIED immigrants: if you possess a valuable trait (college education, low average age of your family), you'll qualify, otherwise -- no.

But for general case America is, likely, the easiest to get into. Still, there should be even fewer restrictions -- as in the days of the Ellis Island, anybody, who is not a criminal and knows a trade that can support them, should be allowed in.

The US has the "easiest" immigration laws in the world, and accepts more legal immigrants per year than the rest of the world combined. This is a major reason why millions of approved petitions are waiting for visas. Depending on your country of citizenship and relationship to your sponsor, it can take up to 23 years to get a visa to enter the US after your sponsor's petition is approved.

All other countries have more stringent requirements, typically requiring education, experience, and additional qualifications to be eligible to apply for immigration. And some countries hardly allow any immigration at all.

There's over 7 billion people on this planet, and huge numbers are looking for greener grass - but it's basically been trampled everywhere by sheer overpopulation. Out of those 7 billion-plus, the worldwide glut of adult jobseekers is about a billion people. Everything is extremely competitive - water, housing, jobs, food, and everything else you can name. Even the US is no longer self-sufficient in food (we export some things, but must now import some foods as the US does not produce enough for the population - it is no longer a matter of just "importing luxuries or out-of-season" items) & many areas are short of water.
