I would say patent leather with sheen on the shoe. I don't know why, I guess because in most of the movies from back then there would be sheen on their shoes and I think it just looks a bit more classical in my opinion :)

Hmmm, what do you mean patent leather w/ sheen on the shoe? Isn't patent leather already pretty shiny? Anyway, I'd go with a simple closed toe pump, the more simple, the more classy and classic it looks ^-^
