Either. Latin is easier than French. French is more useful overall. Attorneys / law students don't need Latin, although it could be useful, but you'll learn the Latin you're likely to use/need in other classes anyway.

You should take 3 years of one foreign language, 4 years if you're going to apply to top colleges. If you want to be able to get a job as an attorney (not easy for new attorneys now), you'll need to go to a top law school, and to get into a top law school, you'll have to go to a top college. So plan accordingly.

Good luck!

Go with french. Most lawyers don't learn latin, they just carry a book with law specific words in it. And besides, french is a bit easier to learn.
