Who does he like, if anyone? Or just being weird/friendly?

A LITTLE BACKROUND INFO! :D
Alright, theres my friend. He's a good friend. I DO have a crush on him. We've been friends since 4th grade, and we're in 8th now, and even better friends than before. I don't know if he likes me, or our other friend.

Me and the guy i like had the same exact schedule in 6th grade. Meanwhile, in my friend group, there was a girl that I am friends with. She is a god person, and an amazing artist. We didn't have any of the same classes, but she was there. He liked me at this point, and gave he flowers for my bday, and i started to like him back. but then he dropped in in June. idk why.

Then came 7th grade. The dude and I only had 3rd and 4th together, because he got bumped down to regular english, not advanced. She had the same exact schedule together as him. I introduced them to each other, and we were all good friends. I still liked him, and his twin sister said he liked me back, but i could never be sure. (btw his sister and i have always had the same schedule)

Now 8th grade is complecated. I KNOW she doesn't have ANY feelings for ANY guy, and encourages me to be with him (i almost typed his name :P ) He is started to act weird around BOTH of us. We have an extra 7th period now, and he has periods 1, 2, 4 and 6 with her. I only have 4 with him (fourth period is Symphonic Band. I play trumpet, and so does he. She plays clarinet. EXTRA INFO: I have 3, 4 and 5 with her) He is acting weird near her, like, Loopy weird. All me friends are weird on a regular basis. But this was odd. He sat next to her for once, but took her Domo pencil pouch and we, like, played action figures (i have a Snoopy keychain) :P :D :P Tuesday, i decided i should TRY to get over him, but he offered his jacket to me (cursed sudden cold weather, me jeans were too small -___- ) He claimed he was just being friendly, but i didn't take it. I told my OTHER set of friends that sat around me in 1st period said DUDE, YOUR SO STUPID, TAKE THE JACKET. So at break, he offered it again, and i took it.

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: He acted loopier toward her. BUT, at the same time, he is getting closer to me, as in pulling guy-flirts. Not moving his leg when out legs touch, offering more of his lunch to me, saying random things (he's been doing that for a year now, but it's weirder.) He pushes me (not with his hands, but with his side, when we are walking next to each other. i push back, and usually win :D ) When we have nothing to say, he would say something dumb like "I wanna play dead island" (video game.)

WHAT DO I THINK?! He is being friendlier around me, weirder around her.... Is it possible he likes both of us? Or just awkwardly going through puberty? UHHHHH IDK WHAT TO THINK.

I hope the whole her-he thing wasn't confusing. :) Thx for any help out there!
