It should do fine. I have a $300 lenovo from bestbuy and it runs it fine.

Simple answer is NO.
UMA graphics (or unified memory architecture) means that the graphics adaptor shares the 4Gb of DDR3 ram.
Most dedicated graphics cards use much faster dedicated ddr5 ram.
