Why are people against heroin so uneducated and stupid with what they believe?

Postby cruz50 » Wed Jun 13, 2012 5:36 am

Is it becasue the Govt. and people who claim to be so expert at things, always are brainwashing everyone into thinking heroin is actually dangerous or what? Heroin in and of itself poses no real physical dangers or ill effects other than Overdose, which is easily avoided by common sense. It is the stuff it is cut with that poses dangers to the body, and that could easily be removed and avoided if the drug was again legalized for personal use. People who use clean non cut with crap drugs, or pharmacy grade stuff have very few ill effects ever, and live their full lifespan just fine.People are always trying to push onto society all these lies abouyt how dangerous this drug is, and how it harms the health. The fact is, if a person could obtain this drug legally, and safely, and without crime having to be done to get it, or use it, and if it were legal it would be reasonably priced too, therefore getting rid of any need to commit another crime like theft to pay for it, itd have no other dangers inside it like cuts that could kill someone, and the person could easily obtain clean safe needles or other using equipment, and never feel the need to hurry, sneak, or share anything dirty. Heroin does NOT cause illnesses like Hep C or AIDS itself, people using it just catch such things through sharing needles and using dirty items.Because of its illegalization, people use more at once than they know they need, becasue they fear arrest. So the LAW causes ODs and pain. Every single problem with heroin and other opiates, aside from the occasional Overdose, could be avoided by making it legal Back when it WAS legal, in fact, it was only a very choice few people who caused the Govt. and Drs. worry to cause its illegalization. The rest used it safely and discreetly, and never had a problem until the day the Govt. stepped in out of fear, greed, and its need to control.Certainly there will always be a few people who will overdo things, and not use common sense and die, but you know what, people still die more today, than if it was safer to use outright. I say if you can use it, without causing trouble, without crimes, and hurting others, and people sure can do that too, and as long as it doesn't effect your job, if you have a job, it is no ones business. Surely not the Govt. business.Legalized heroin cuts down on ODs, and people who do it will in fact use it regardless of laws. Without the stupid harmful laws, less would die, less would have to harm anyone, everyone who did it could afford it,so no more thefts, and we can always keep treatment around for the choice few who just are too stupid to control themselves, I guarantee people who do not use heroin now, would NOT just start simply because it became legal. People lived in the 1900s who had never even tried the stuff, when they couldve ordered it thru the mail, so thats not true., its propaganda. Most heroin information IS in fact crap. At the very least, all we should have are a few guidelines and have people following them strictly.Heroin use does NOT cause long term ill effects, but the other substances added to it on the streets by dealers, who wouldnt even exist anymore if legal, cause ill effect and kill.People would always know for sure the exact strength of their drug too if it were regulated by an actual company, not knowing from one shot to the next is why 90% OD or die.Withdrawl is not really a problem if you can buy it cheaply legally, and have what you need to live okay either. This is actually true for other drugs as well, but heroin actually doesn't make people ill, all it really does is enter the body and release your own natural endorphins, and morphine. It wouldnt have odd chemicals in it if legal. It is not like Meth, made up of a lot of crap.It does not inspire people to commit crimes, when it is easily affordable. And it is not easy to OD, if a person just chooses to use smartly. Now come on and disagree with me!!! I am correct about all this. Show your ignorance , and anti drug ideals below? come on It'll amuse me

That was an awful lot to type.

I guess people whoare anti-heroin are the ones who have had family members become addicts and /or overdose.

Just because you are obviously a fan of heroin does NOT mean it is not dangerous, as ALL drugs can be, like alcohol.

As a recovering alcoholic, I KNOW firsthand how destructive substances can be in terms of health and dependency, and the problems of both heroin and booze are eerily similar.

While I agree w/ legalization, this does NOT mean that I think they are necesarily safe or good idea to f--k w/ said substances.
