Yeah. And if not for the military we would not have freedom but Liberals gut their budget at every opportunity.
and how many years ago was that....Unions have out lived their use fullness...now most of their members are supported by tax dollars, gravy train has to end

The rich hate unions.

They tell tell fox news.

Fox news tricks their little sheep into guarding the richs assets.

Cons don't live in the real world. Maybe they will grow up one day.

Yes, you've listed some wonderful things that Unions have brought to the US labor market...

However, let's also remember that Unions then provided cover for 40+ years of Mob racketeering and pension raiding. Unions also priced themselves right out of work in the auto, textile, and manufacturing industries. State and Government unions have built themselves incredible cushy jobs where they can't be fired.

I'm curious if Unions are SUCH good things... and as some above have claimed "a basic human right"... WHY won't liberals ever permit the US Military to unionize ??

Learn the difference between public and private unions. Please.

Besides that fact that all workers, state, federal or otherwise, are protected by state and federal laws.
