Every time I get on the highway I constantly get cut-off, tailgated, nobody ever uses turn-signals, and people generally waffle back and forth between exit lanes and the highway. Is it because the roads in Atlanta are confusing, does everyone have road-rage from overpopulation and traffic, or a mixture of all of this stuff?
And furthermore, why do people suck at crossing the road in Atlanta, GA? Nobody ever uses the crosswalks, they cross roads whenever they feel like it, they never look both ways, they block traffic and get pissed off when you honk at them, they make sure to walk extremely slow as to show how tough they are or something, and they frequently get hit by oncoming traffic and even get tickets for doing so!
So, in general - is the driver's license testing in GA so dumbed down that people have no understanding of how and why traffic laws work? And maybe is GA so backwards that since there are a real lack of sidewalks and/or bike lanes, people retaliate by walking in the middle of the road as much as possible?
