Well, they don't. If they could pay, they would. You know, just like Enron and every other corporation that files for bankruptcy.

Waah. We mismanaged our business and took home millions of dollars for ourselves and moved to states where no one could take our assets. Can we file for bankruptcy already.

That is definitely an inconsiderate child.
He could have at least got hit by a car or something so the parents could sue and get some money that way.

Word to the wise,
Don't eat a lot of cystic when you're younger. That way you can avoid cystic fibrosis.
He was so greedy.

They should have filed a claim with their medical insurance carrier.

I work two jobs so that I can pay off my medical bills and I am almost done. I love the medical institution in the country and I am all for free market and being responsible.

What happened to the compassionate conservative in you. I thought that is what you guys promoted.

You are really a prick for even posing this question with such a heartbreaking story. You need help. Try Jesus.

Looks like you actually needed to tell some of the people here that you were being sarcastic.

Hmmmmmm, I wonder if nationalized health care could help avoid situations like this? How often does this happen in Canada? France? The UK? . . . or any other industrialized nation besides the US?

Wow, you're question worked better than I would have ever imagined. Look at all of the republicans saying you're a jerk that has no soul!

Just for the record, if you're not joking, I hope you lose your job, struggle with bills while you look for work for 6 months and then raped and then are buried alive. Waah! My butt hurts and I can't breathe dirt! (What, a little over the top? I'm sure you're joking though, so good work.)

You miss the point. She's not trying to get out of paying it. She's broke and she can't pay it. Fact=You don't have a choice weather you get a disease or not. Fact=You don't have an ounce of compassion in your bones. Fact=That's typical conservative thinking. Fact=Doing the right thing never crossed your mind.. Fact=If you stopped living rent free in your parents basement and are under their insurance,if they have any at all. You would find out what the real world is like. Fact= Maybe you should die and decrease the surplus of assholes in the country. I doubt with your attitude you have any 'GOOD FRIENDS".
