Why doesn't Miami's State Attorney's office have email address and where could I do this?

I have been wanting since this morning to submit information about what appears to be criminal activity through internet, but I don't see an email address on their web page anywhere, and as a matter of fact this is the announcement which appears in small letters at bottom of their page:

Copyright© 2009-2011 Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public-records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.

But, shouldn't they be given the public an option of sending emails?
