This comes at the heels of former Citigroup CEO Weill saying banks should be broken up. As a company maker I can honestly tell you "super monopolies" are even worse than the 20's. Corporate spying is rampant much like Rupert Murdoch News Corp. New innovative ideas get stolen and given at least 20 reconfigure patents within days of its discovery. Sorry to say their are only sharks at the top and the eat the little fish. You would imagine that the department of homeland would get a hold of this but face it big brother is in bed with giant corps. So much for liberty.

You want a monopoly? What about the US Government ?

"With the United States borrowing 40 cents of every dollar it spends and a national debt now larger than our economy, we must put in place a spending plan that prevents the sort of financial crises we're seeing in countries like Greece and Spain. Every family and business in America has to set a budget, and the federal government should be no different. This means making hard choices to solve a tough problem, which is precisely what Texans expect of the people they send to Congress."

Anti-trust laws perpetuate monopolies; they are counterproductive. We should get rid of anti-trust law.
