Why is it that not one single country has a law that polar bears must wear a seat belt when riding in a car?

I thought seat belt laws were for safety reasons.

"Seat belts save lives" they tell us.

Many countries make it mandatory for humans to wear seat belts, but not polar bears.

Don't governments care about polar bears? They could get killed in a car crash too!

Do they not care about the families of those bears who will be grieving the loss of a loved one?

Really, I am beginning to think that not one government really cares about it's animal citizens

Mandatory seat belt laws could prove useful for polar bears.

Hook them into the airbag system so they inflate on impact.
