Why is Obama allowing California to pass statewide amnesty for illegal aliens is Obama playing favorites and letting states pass amnesty to get the much needed Hispanic vote ?CA ALERT! California amnesty bill moves to Assembly floor!


As we warned you in an earlier alert, a California bill would attempt to establish a state amnesty program for illegal workers. CAPS testified against the bill in Sacramento, but AB 1544 passed both the Labor and Appropriation committees, and will probably have a floor vote this week.

In fact, amendments to the bill have made it even worse. The original bill would have required individuals to show a work record in California in 2008 or earlier. In the current version, the "undocumented person" must only establish that he or she was "present in California before January 25, 2012."

Although the media has only discussed agricultural workers, the bill also applies to workers in the broad fields of "domestic services, janitorial or building maintenance services, food preparation services, or housekeeping services." It seems that the sponsor, Assemblymember Manuel Perez (D-Coachella), and allies do not like the notion that America should be able to secure its borders and enforce its laws.

For whoever said obama invented the dream act, I suggest to go read about it (it's online and free). You will see that the bill appeared way before obama was even a senator and it was created by republicans.

Obama has bypass congress and he has passed amnesty .Obama took it upon himself to use the I can't wait and uses Executive order allowing illegals to stay in America, they may get work permits.Obama decided he would do the case by case study. Hundreds of thousands of illegals will stay here and never be deported. Obama allowed Dream acts to pass in Texas,Calif, illegals are getting federal money for college in violation of the standing laws.Obama has been saying we need scientists and engineers and we been in recovery for the last 2 years and when the latest job reports contradict Obama glowing reports, he now blames congress for everything. Under Obama illegals are staging protests, laughing at law enforcement, what we are undocumented and unafraid of your laws, please do arrest us , but we will never be charged or deported,illegal students are entering federal buildings lashing out at state senators,congressmen/women without fear of being arrested or if arrested they dismiss all charges.To enter federal buildings you must have a valid id, but illegals are being let in and demanding to see gov officials.
Obama allows illegals to break federal laws and use document fraud, Obama just fires the workers, no arrests are ever made. Recently it was discovered illegal aliens were using tax loop holes, claiming up to 20 kids, much of whom lived in mexico,illegals are getting back tax refunds of thousands of dollars and activists stress illegals should be allowed to claim dependents in mexico.In Calif illegals can now drive without licenses, if caught the police must standby for 45 minutes allowing the illegal to find a license driver and illegals do not get a traffic summons for driving without licenses/insurances. Calif does not report criminals to ice either. They let them make bail and they are never seen again. Obama is doing a lot to help illegals and how soon before obama blames the America public for not accommodating illegals, with free educations, drivers licenses, social security, list goes on and on.Obama want show up in calif, he will allow amnesty to pass.Calif is the brokest state in America and they still want to give handouts to illegals and cut off services to Americans
