Will Lady Louise Windsor demand to be called a princess when she turns eighteen?

Postby coinleain » Wed Nov 30, 2011 12:12 pm

As a male-line granddaughter of the monarch she is entitled by law to a royal and princely status - and as no Letters Patent have been issued stripping her of her title, there is noting to stop her from demanding her right to be called a princess. Isn't it enough they make her walk around with lazy eyes they have to make her live as a commoner? Why so cruel?

We all get called Princess aged 18, admittedly it's usually in the back of a car with knickers off

You should know that being a Princess of the United Kingdom would not change her status as a Commoner.

Lady Louise Windsor is indeed a Princess just a Camilla is The Princess of Wales they are merely styled with lesser titles in the case of Camilla the Duchess of Cornwall and Louise with the courtesy title of an earl.

Upon reaching her 18th birthday she could decide she wishes to be styled Princess.

If you look at Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie I would like to think that Louise should have equal rights to the Title of Princess. Look at Zara and Peter.. just because Princess Anne is female they are not Prince or Princess is wrong......At the moment the Parliament is discussing changes to the line of succession so that when William and Catherine have their first child whether male or female that child will be next in line for throne.

I don't give a monkeys about that, but your question encouraged me to look for photo's of her and yes she does have unfortunate eyes, but lets be honest, not many of the blood line royals are good looking!

If she can see what side the breads buttered on. She challenged in the looks department and a title will give her more kudos in the marriage stakes.

It will be up to her as her father will no longer be able to make up her mind for her.
He's done alright for himself being a Prince so why doesn't he want her to have the same privilege.

Well her father is often called a Queen so why shouldn't she be a Princess?
