Will the Consumer Protection Act repeal all or certain sections of the Durbin Amendment?

Will the Consumer Protection Act eliminate $10 minimums for debit and credit card transactions?

The CPA has nothing to do with minimums and if you call and report the stores demanding minimums the will get busted. The contract states that no minimum purchase can be required for CC use. The same does not apply for debit cards
