Will there ever be a law passed to pay pay unlimited unemployment benefits to all unemployed workers?

Explanation and Analysis 1: The Opportunity Cost of Macroeconomic Events
All societies face a trade-off between efficiency (productivity) and equity (fairness). Whenever a society focuses on production, they gain efficiency, but that makes the distribution of income and resources less fair throughout the population, so they lose equity. This provides an incentive for people to work because productivity is rewarded, but the consequence is more poverty, as those who are less productive will not be allocated much income. Therefore, the opportunity cost of increased efficiency is less equity and vice versa.

For the following macroeconomic events, explicitly define the opportunity cost of each macroeconomic event in terms of the cost to society or groups of individuals within the society; i.e., define what society trades off in choosing this event. In your answer include a discussion of:
How the incentive to produce for workers and/or firms may be affected by this event?
How efficiency and equity for workers and/or firms are affected by this event?
Macroeconomic Events

Event 1: The government passes a law allowing states to pay unlimited unemployment benefits to all unemployed workers for an unlimited amount of time.

Event 2: The federal government increases the restrictions on the immigration of skilled workers

Umm, your question was so ridicules that I didn't read the rest of it. So you're telling me that hard workers like my self would have to work harder, and pay more taxes so people like you would life scott free, doing no work? Really? No, there will never be any bill of that extense. Get a job, and make your own living, and don't rely on hard workers like me to pay your stuff.

The Explaination and Analysis is twisted and the Events are illogical. If teachers are teaching this stuff, the future is bleak.

O. W. H. once said " Generalizations aren"t worth a damn including this one.". Im sure that covers yours also.
Your paper should be a snap. Write a brief history of the Greek Governments roll from 1850 in shaping the greek economy of today.. Real cases are always the most informative..

after WW II it was suggested that unemployment should be zero and the government be the "employer of last resort"
after analysis and opposition by industry it was concluded that 4-5% was "normal unemployment" for a "healthy" economy

these who CANNOT work deserve care by society
