Will this cop drop my ticket?

I got pulled over by a cop for not getting in the other lane quick enough while he had someone pulled over... anyway he gave me the ticket and i told him i cannot afford to have evena petty traffic violation on my record because my job told me not to get any thing on my traffic record because their insurance has me listed as "minimal driving" well i'm 20. and im pretty sure thats why, even with just 1 ticket... anyway I explained that to him and he said.. "well look if you show up in court this date ill be there and maybe we can "work something out" whats that mean and what should I do in court? Im going to beg the judgeto not take away my only way of making money and supporting my family..

70% of cops dont show up for court just hope he isnt part the other 30% if you go to court and try to beat it and if he dont show they throw the ticket out but you will have to pay court cost and if he shows up you will have to pay court cost and the ticket if found guilty i got pulled over by a cop 2 years ago for an improper turn signal which i confronted him because i know i used my turn signal so he ran my info came back with a ticket for 150 saying i went left of center which also put 2 points on my license i could have and should have faught it in court but i had work so i just paid the fine and never went to court not knowing i will get 2 points

which requires all drivers to move to another lane when they see a emergency vechinle parked on the shoulder
it moving violations and in some states it a 1 to 3 point on your license
no getting out of this one
yes he would work someting out you to pay the ticket
cops hear the excuse i cant pay the ticket
all the time
but you driving which mean you have money for gas yet you dont have mone to
pay for a ticket
