Williams And Fudge Collections Question

Postby Bjorn » Fri Mar 28, 2014 9:11 pm

I went to about 3 months of school(Westwood College) in 2006 and have been paying ever since for that mistake. In that little time I ended up being five thousand dollars in debt through sallie mae loans. You live and you learn and im ok with that. I recently got a call from williams and fudge and they say that westwood college turned me over to them for an outstanding debt in the amount of ten thousand dollars. I have been paying my sallie mae loans on time and in full for quite some time now and I have never gotten any documentation to this effect. Is this a scam? I have never received calls or paperwork from westwood or williams and fudge for 2 years...why would it start now?

Joseph:    Send the debt collector a request for validation and see if they can prove up their allegations.  Also, tell them that all future communication must be made in writing.          Apex Credit Services, LLC          http://www.apexcreditservices.com
