Windows 8 problem weather and email app?

so I had windows 8 consumer preview and it was all working fine, back in June when the release review came of course i got it but its not working as well. first the weather app doesn't open at all and when i try to add my google account on the Email i click on the account button after swiping up from the bottom right but once the list comes out its goes straight away. even if a manage to press add account the app just closes

is there a way to fix all this

i have re-installed it many times to try to see it that helps
