Wisconsin Child Labor Laws Broken?

Postby syvwkh » Wed Jun 13, 2012 5:17 am

I am 16 andi have been working at a local restaurant for close to two years now. I have started out making $6.50/hour. My shifts are from 4 pm to 7 pm+clean up so roughly 8 o clock. I have put in time past 8 before but found out today that i do not get paid past 8. Isnt this illegal to not pay me for those hours i worked past 8??
Also, isnt $6.50 below my minimum wage of $7.25 for being a non-oppurtunity employee?? Please help! Thanks!
