Would you care if a doctor misdiagnosed you and then hid your real diagnosis from you to avoid litigation?

Happened to me. Not only happened, but is happening. He is even hoping that I did not pick up and understand a copy of the MRI reports which state I tore a muscle in an accident in 2005 and it didn't heal, and part of it attached to a spot which pulls it taut when I walk and stand, also leaving it still tearing with excessive activity most likely and then rehealing. In fact I have like 8-9 surgical injuries that they recently MRI'd finding surgical problems all diagnosed as various questionable syndromes and other problems and of course I was accused of faking the whole thing. I am completely disabled, and YOU get to pay for my lost income and ongoing medical bills for unnecessary treatments (like PT, chiro, continuing doc apptmts endlessly) through SSI and medicare, to save the reputation of the doctors who are covering over this and so they can not get sued. Nearly impossible for me to sue them since they fail to put anything in the medical record which suggests anyone ever misdiagnosed. I think the health department finally after 6-7 years might be catching on, however who knows, the board of medical malpractice is run by doctors... who also do not want their joint insurance rates to keep rising. What do you think about all of this....they would rather keep me disabled for life rather than diagnose and surgically fix the issues, and it is leaving me fearful of... how far will they go to make sure this remains a secret. How many people are they doing this to I wonder. I have a BA in psychology and think this problem should be fixed and I am just the person to fix this.

Ask for a copy of your reports, either from the doctor, or from the facility where the procedures were done. It is not possible to hide a diagnosis. So go to yet anther doctor to have your worst fears confirmed. You have not mentioned that you filed a report with the Medical Board. That is your next step.
