Would you complain to the store manager about this?

Came into sallys with a credit card and the person working there said she would not accept it because it did not look like me, not true, NO ONE EVER has ever told me that it did not resemble me the whole ENTIRE time I've used my ID. No problems ever ever ever with this ID.
I had even used it earlier today.
Then she she told me to take off what I was wearing in front of her and to take off my hat and jacket and to disrobe so she could look at me. I told her I had just had a surgery so I was supposed to leave my protective clothing on due to being disfigured from the surgery while it healed. It was only around my eyes, and nowhere else, the inured area, but she demanded that she get to look at me and see what I look like so she could gawk possibly at me and said if not that I could not buy anything in the store. She said that the the ID was not me because she called me as being ugly and that my skin was ugly and made negative comments about my skin tone. She also said I probably stole someone elses credit card and was using it because I was just a piece of trash. (I am actually Christian and Vegetrain and volunteer to help people all the time, and do not use drugs or alcohol, or smoke, I have alot of morals, and study in school really hard and do positive things.) I gave her 2 forms of ID plus the credit card and she still wanted me to take off what I was wearing.She also said she was glad that I was disfigured and to have a nice day. She was laughing and just delighted after each mean thing she said to me. I was recently disfigured due to surgery and it would heal but until then I am wearing protective clothing. I am sure even if I took off what I was wearing it would be nothing more than a free show for her and still she could not have accepted my
ID. She even told me to walk down a dangerous street at night to an ATM and demanded I take money out and bring to her. I did show her all the pieces of ID she asked for and then some and she said still that it was not good enough, and I also told her I've shopped at the store for several days in a row earlier that week with the same ID, same credit card, and almost the exact same outfit on just in a different color , and had no problems being able to buy something in Sallys , and that I tried to explain to her that she is the only person singling me out and making up her own security policies as she goes along. She said she was not following rules but just going with what she wanted and felt. She said that it did not matter that I have come to the store with protective clothing on due to the injury a few other times this week that since she was doing the transaction that I was not even allowed to have anyone else do my transaction at the store but her and to leave unless she personally could do it. After she told me to get the heck out of her store she still got nosey and asked me a slew of personal questions , which I do not understand, first she said to get the heck out, and then she says to stay there and answer all of her inappropriate and nosy questions.
I actually was not allowed to buy anything and she refused to let me buy anything but kept all of my coupons. She told me to go walk down the street at night to an ATM which is dangerous, and when I did not want to do it, she said that I did not want to because I am a piece of trash and stole someone else's ID and credit card, but in reality it is due to my schedule being too busy and also I did not want to be treated by her this way in a store, but still she said yes you do have time to go to the ATM, you have plenty of time because your so ugly that you cannot possibly have a life so go to the ATM. She was taking me through the ringers and trying to make me feel horrible and laughing and insulting me the whole time in a very cruel manner. she refused to do my order and told me to get the heck out of her store immediately even after just having an injury that was healing.

I woulda killed her on the spot. I would call the cops. Don't let anyone treat you that way EVER. everyone is beautiful in their own way don let anyone tell you different. Yes tell the manager. Your beautiful everyone is. That's jus plain rude. We live in a world where people don't think. Like yet have crap in their head. Karma is going to get her.

I didn't read it all. Stop whining. This is just ONE side of it. There is always two.

She was doing her job questioning your ID if in fact you were not easily identifiable, however it sounds like she did not handle it professionally by making negative comments. If you contact the store manager to complain, focus on the negative comments and not on the fact your credit card was rejected. It is possible that you reacted poorly towards her when she questioned the ID and that prompted her negativity.
