Would you support a law that says "It is illegal to wear burkas in Canada"?

We get so many muslims, pakistanis and whatnot moving over here, and covering their face up. Don't they realize they are in our country, and their goofy customs don't apply? And don't they realize this is a threat to our safety? They could be using those to cover up their faces from us seeing who they really are, criminals perhaps. If I saw someone in a bank wearing any kind of face coverage, I would leave immediately. Think about it.

The point is we don't do that in Canada, so why are we allowing others to?

Banks, passport photos, drivers license, safety concerns like driving, I say no, no burka. Also businesses that don't want people wearing them in their establishments it should be their right not to allow them. Any other time and it doesn't infringe on My freedom I don't care.

I would support it if I lived in Canada. When I lived in Florida some Muslim women tried to sue the state claiming religious freedom because the wanted to wear burkas in drivers license photos. They lost the lawsuit because driving is a privilege and the state said to have a drivers license you must show your face. It's a total safety issue. You should not be able to cover your face and wear a tent around. I have lived in two major cities in which women wear burkas Orlando and Houston. While you don't see them everyday for some reason they are always at the outlet malls. I can honestly say after seeing it many times in public no it should not be legal. It is already illegal in France.

What do you mean "this is our country, there goofy customs don't apply"? You do realise that Canada isn't a white mans country anyway, if you where a true native of Canada you wouldn't even be using the internet. Who the hell are you to tell people what they can do in Canada and what they can't? You're as much as an immigrant as anyone else HOWEVER, I do agree that when it comes to personal safety people may feel quite threatend because you can't see there face, I know I would.

U kinda sound stupid saying it but yes I agree mainly for the fact that they could have a cut down shotgun or ak-47 and they are known for terrorism. I think its stupid because u can pretty much only see there eyes which is dumb. They could have a bomb or as u said be a criminal. Why don't I walk around wearing it? Because I'm an individual person and ill wear what I want I'm not forced by religion or a spouse to wear anything (not that a spouse could do anything I'm a guy I "do what I want")

Idk about y'all's law (being as I'm American) but that's discrimination here. If theyy posted that law, it would be against he constitution.
