YES! They're really nice!
Casual look: Tights, shorts and either a nice sweater or just a nice top.
Formal: Short dress (better if simple), a silver clutch and silver hoop earrings.

No those shoes aren't my style, but if you like them than you should get them because your opinion is the most important. Who knows you might be able to pull them off :)
