You would like to keep Mexicans from coming into the States but is this the only solution to the problem?

While we are worrying about Mexicans and other Latin Americans coming here to work, there is a very quiet but steady immigration stream coming in from the Middle East. Unlike Hispanic immigrants who in a generation or two become assimilated with the greater American society, the immigrants from the Middle East will not.

Why don't they try to FIX MEXICO? Why don't they try and deal with cartels, who have basically taken over Mexico by either paying off officials or knocking off officials. What would truly keep Mexicans from coming back? Nothing, short of making it a DMZ zone and patrolling it militarily. They get a free ride here, they get free insurance, free education, don't have to obey the laws because they have no SSN, which means they can't be tracked by law enforcement like an American citizen can be.
They're committing a crime by being in the US without permission, Mexican or any other nationality, if they want to become US citizens that's fine, but living off our system is wrong. They take the jobs that Americans could be doing, and TAXPAYERS ending up paying for them. The Mexican government doesn't want to enforce their own people yet they don't want Americans going into Mexico without permission. If the Mexican government doesn't want to enforce the laws regarding their own people there is not much the United States can do.
