Do I Have A Case?

You never gave info on the model and year, but a judge will not give you more than the car is worth.
In addition, I doubt the judge will make your friend pay for more than half of the repairs, considering that you gave permission.

Do I Have A Case?

I informed her to ¨utilize my vehicle to come quickly to a healthcare facility¨ which was all. is that restricted use?the technician did certainly draw the motor out. Apart from informing me the engine didn't grab because of insufficient gas all he might inform me was his viewpoint, nothing with evidence.which may be the oil-pump went out.this might be brought on by reving the motor/large rpms which she explained there was.im unsure just how much you wish to notice but my vehicle has got the choice of slap-stick which is really a manual transmission. a probable probability is the fact that she'd it in guide and was operating the automobile in first-gear about the highway which may trigger motor harm or even disappointment. ie. the motor pump.the technician didnt say something about previous worn-out components and he did go apart.the technician explained the motor had over fifty percent of its ¨motor lifestyle¨ quit. Cheers for the aid!
