Are your pals lawyers?perhaps you have obtained the initial step by exhausting your administrative solutions through the DFEH or EEOC?This Really Is needed before you prosecute. Did your pals note this for you?on which foundation do your pals or you believe you've a state? Firing without trigger is usually authorized until the company violates regulations somehow.
