Employed in structural metal company and informed supervisor had a poor leg but might get the job done and had the qualifications required within their work ad.got employed Had several evals. where I obtained greatest increase and was informed Organization was really pleased.Company chooses to employ a supervisor.For some cause he's an electrical/pride issue and begins bullying everybody but cannot get me to bend to him like others.Starts informing me just how to do my work in a tougher method, tougher for my leg (partly handicapped from the prior work injury). Operating silly, getting longer.Climb steps, function outside in the place of bay in store in most types of weather.Starts to determine me limping more regularly and am informed I'm slipping behind in my own function and being discharged.

Forgot to say in concept that in this work I had been granted a 20% impairment for this prior damage at my past company. I did so allow the corporation realize that I had been today regarded a partial leg impairment. I extended to complete my work and obtain the task completed rapidly and much better than prior hires.Is there something I will do to correct this?

I think you need to file for worker?s compensation immediately.
They will investigate.
If you don?t file, you don?t save any of your rights.

I don't know PA laws.
I would suggest that you file for unemployment, and have a quick consultation with a local attorney on your options.
