What's my right (operator/landlord) regarding a "tenant" with no written rent? I allow this individual (a friend of the buddy) transfer to my townhouse (December 27th, 2005). I've not gotten any $$$ out of this individual (no-deposit, lease or progress fee). The water and utilites continue to be under my name. May I stop her out anytime or do I Have togo thru the standard foreclosure procedure?

Then you need to feel the foreclosure procedure. I would matter a-3-time notice to pay for up or stop after which document illegal detainer paperwork using the landlord-tenant court. You may usually try calling the neighborhood authorities and wondering when they can help having a trespass issue against a visitor who had been informed to depart, but even when they'd assist you to, you may need to postpone the lease element. When the "visitor" may show that they're a citizen, law enforcement probably will not support. http://www.800helpfla.com/landlord_text.htmlhttp://www.800helpfla.com/landlord_text.htmlIn whose title issues are does not matter.
