2 Time Parking Sign Usefulness

Our issue entails a traffic quotation in the state-of: California
Hello all, I left about five toes past an indication showing a-2 hour parking area. The indication was only after dark center of the stop. I had been there longer for 2 hours considering the indication put on the area before it and never behind. There is no additional sign up the stop. I received a solution. As to the region does the indication utilize if you will find no arrows and also the indication isn't at the conclusion of the stop?
