22348(b) While on DUI probation.?

I got ticketed for 22348(b) - Speed greater than 100 mph while I'm still on DUI probation which states - VIOLATE NO LAW OTHER THAN MINOR TRAFFIC.

Is 22348(b) considered minor traffic? I know the consequences of the 22348(b) by itself but will the probation effect this also?

Any advice?

I wouldn't consider that kind of extreme speeding to be a "minor violation".

Your probation should be affected, your PO will make that decision once they are advised of the offense (and they WILL be advised of the offense).
