22350 Exceeding Posted Speed Limit 72 In 55mph

My problem requires a speeding citation in the State-Of: California
I received a speeding ticket from the Los Angles Sheriff. He explained he was siting me for 72 in a 55mph zone. After I looked over the solution after I got home I noticed he didn't notice the pace about the solution and so I assumed it'd you need to be trashed. I simply obtained an amendment for the solution within the email saying that I had been performing the 72 in a 55mph. Feeling that solution I've obtained another for rushing and that I wish to fight that one and so I do not get any details on my report. I observe that regulations for 22350 claims I had been driving faster compared to problems permitted. I'm expecting that feeling the road was vacant and also the climate was great and obvious and also the read areas are ideal that I will fight the solution since he explained it had been for "exceeding the posted speed control" but that regulation doesn't state something regarding that. Please assist!

Yes, it had been a-5 or 6 lane road however it was within the town, not officially a higher method. How do I obtain a copy of the pace study. Additionally I had been thinking ways to get a BREAKTHROUGH DEMAND, I've the shape but I'm uncertain whom to email it to.
I don't think it had been a speed trap. The sheriff was travailing eastbound and that I was heading west bound. The moment I observed him I got my foot off the fuel to decelerate and after I handed him he made a u-turn and puled me around after I created the right turn onto a cross-street.

I'm assuming you were on a 4 lane highway.
If so, first you should check to see if a speed trap existed.
You can do so by getting a copy of the speed survey.

Next, take a look at http://www.helpigotaticket.com/speed/30questions.html

You apparently do not know what a speed trap is also...
read:http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/di...le=40800-40808

Call your county Public Works to see if they have the speed survey.
If not, CAL TRANS.
It just depends on the type of road.
