A friend needs to find a malpractice attorney to go after a VA?

I don't have all the specifics, but essentially "You all know my fetus has major health problems my dr had the VA run blood work because she doesn't know if my unborn child will live or die and it's been a month and the VA is refusing to release my results I've been waiting for to me or any dr they say they are too busy. This blood work tells the dr wheather my fetus is going to live or die and they are making a joke out of it." I'm sure it's more complicated than that, but she's tried to find an attorney willing to go after the VA, but 300+ attorneys has her thinking that the VA is a untouchable organization when they do wrong.

I sure wouldn't want to be the one going up against the VA they aren't untouchable but suing any governmental agency is like running in quicksand

meanwhile, the details make little sense. If this blood test is so important (I am guessing it is an Rh factor or something of the like) then she should be camped out in the lobby until someone meets her, or she should reach into her pocket and have a private doctor do the test.
