I am desparet and very much looking to find a Dental malpractice attorney?

Postby tupac » Thu Jun 07, 2012 1:20 am

I am in need of an attorney to fight my case for dental malpractice in Fresno CA. I have had no luck finding one. Does any one know who I should contact that does dental malpractice in Fresno CA/central CA? I am very desparet.
The story begins with me getting a tooth extraction and going to another dr. to get implant, however the dr. that was gone do the implant for me told me that the tooth's root is still there and he can not do the implant before doing a huge operation to remove the root. which was left behind from the extraction and was moved deeper in the jaw. He informed me that this was done due to the dr.'s negligent and I should fight for the pain and suffering of going through a huge surgery and loss of my time. Can anyone help me please?

Good old USA lets sue for everything. Removing a root is not major surgery. This is done in the UK in a Dental Surgery not a dental hospital.. I have had it done myself and was also a Dental Nurse and have seen it done many times. It takes less than 10 minutes from start to finish. An injection is give to deaden the area, a small cut with a scalpel and the root is pulled out. Sometimes it requires stitches, most time it does not.
It is no way major surgery but just another dental procedure here. As for loss of time, I went back to work afterwards. Perhaps because we are British and cannot sue without paying for it, we just get on with it.
