I enrolled in a school in Utah. I signed a contract stating that financial aid would pay for the entire tuition. I withdrew from the school and now they are saying I owe them six thousand dollars and that since I withdrew, financial aid won't pay. I was never told this until after I withdrew. The owner has also sent me a page that she claims was in my contract which explains I have to pay if financial aid doesn't. The problem is that this page wasn't in the original contact that I signed. She is now taking me to small claims court. Can I get her in trouble for changing the contract???
