My divorce atty failed to follow judges orders- "atty for plaintiff shall prepare documents for the courts sig. to secure a lien for "property settlement" & "alimoney in gross". xhusband KNEW it hadn't been done 3 years after divorce.(with proof) but didn't push it. I was owed 134K @ time of death (auto accident) $2K a month/10 years and $389.00 child support. This "commercial" property in BOTH of our names. My "claim denied". An xtremely LONG story with unheard of amnt of legal malpractice, conspiracy. recently find that my sig. had been "manipulated" on 2 quit-claim deeds, 1-1/2 mnths B4 probate "ordered" me to sign, recorded 5 days B4 & "best friends" of "estate"attys. had earnest deposit the nxt day? Frmr. fiance' of ex signed pre-nup & "witnessed" him signing will & said "verbatim" as he said 2wks pior to death." I & sons wld B WELL tkn care of".Atty told me of wanting "legal"custody of our son (17)?& told him will was preliminary?$2.9mil gone.crimnl chrg pend. I'm wtchng my back!

Take your documentation and hire an attorney in a hurry--you'll have to pay 1/3 to the lawyer all right, but if he owed you for 10 years and you got that in writing, then you can actually demand a lump sum for that and for the rest.....good luck
