Alimony For Wife Who Just Got A F/t Job

Postby scirwode » Tue Feb 04, 2014 9:26 pm

My wife hasn't worked for 10 years.
She now wants out of the marriage.
She should have a full-time job within the month as a teacher ($34,000/yr).
Can she request alimony?

Married: 11 decades February 08, yearly income $53,500, she simply got employment producing approximately. $35,500. Can she have the ability to state alimony?Another issue: She will not be operating within the summer, but includes a full-time coaching job today (school leads to May), easily apply for divorce just before May, will the judge contemplate her job full-time? and may I utilize her income when processing child-support. She'll probably have a complete-time job when school begins again in Aug. So how exactly does that work?
