Animal urine test help?

my landlord deduct around $400 dollars from my deposit just for having an unauthorized dog in my duplex. and $30 dollars for black light test. i didn't have a dog though and he is telling me it smelt like animal urine when they went to clean it and that's the only reason why they did the black light test. and i told it it smelt like dog urine in the spare room when i first moved it and i wrote that on my inspection list the first 10 days of living there. so i asked him how he knew it wasn't for the tenant before me and how he knew it was dog urine because i watch a little girl who is in the middle of potty training and she has peed her pants on the floor before. and he told me there are test that show how old or new the urine stains are and tests that show what type of urine it is like cat or dog. so i was wondering what those tests are called because i am taking him to small claims court and want to know the pricing and names of the test but i cant find them anywhere i have googled everything and still having found them...hopefully someone can help me out :D thanks and oh yeah im not taking him to small claims just because the $400 he has also deducted me an extra $430 for cleaning and repairs that didn't need to be done.

I'm not sure they even have such a test, if there was I doubt your landlord would dish out money to get one. He seems like a scam to me, could he by lying?
