Anyone know about starting a wallpaper website?

I've just registered a website to supply wallpapers for a specific car and was wondering if anyone knew how I go about getting permission to use images? I've noticed a few websites using the same images as wallpapers which I would like to use, but was a little skeptical about just using them on my site. There is no trademark on the picture, and no way for me to find out who took the image. They may have been used in a press release by the car's manufacturer. Does that mean it's open season on the pictures?

Additionally, does anyone know where to get a website template for wallpaper websites?

for starting a wallpaper website you need to have sound knowledge about HTML or php..you also need knowledge about networking and about FTP(File Transfer Protocal).. if u have all these then you can do this job otherwise you will have to ask for website designing company and you will have to pay.. also try using ms-front page,,, good luck
