Are lawyers as arrogant as doctors?

or even engineers who think they are so smart. I do not want to work as an engineer, I'm just doing the degree to prove I am smart enough. Anyway, I plan on going to law school and opening my own business. I want to work as a lawyer, and offer my services for cheap because I like helping people.

when you have your JD.. we'll see how "nice" you are. Just imagine you getting an LLM.. LOL .. that's when you will be saying to yoruself, "Holy ****.. he took me to a date at an irish pub?? WTF. I'm gonna ditch this guy and hit a nice lounge and pick up someone of my own calibur"

Just pursue your dreams and work hard as you have been and dont worry about the stigmas gone with it.

Maybe as a whole, but each person defines how people percieve it situational.

Yes lawyers are more arrogant as doctors because the fist thing is that people don't know them personally and the second thing is they have to fight for clients and are handling various complicated cases in the court so if they do not remain arrogant they may lose the cases. This is the main reason why they have to remain arrogant.
