The fatuous1 calls ?BULLSHIT? to the Southern Poverty Law Center?s claims Discrimination lodged against Black Students enrolled in the Jefferson Parish Public School System.   FACTS: If you go to any School District in the United States of America, France, England and Germany you will find that Black Students typically struggle more Academically, Socially and Behaviorally than their White Counterparts. In General, Black Students tend to be more likely to live disproportionately in single family homes, they are MUCH more likely than their White Counterparts to be exposed to Drugs, Violence and Inappropriate Role Models both in their homes, schools and communities.   FACTS: Black Students? Families are MUCH more likely to live in impoverished and blighted communities. Disproportionately, come from home with non-working Parents or Incarcerated Parents. Parents of far too many Black Students historically have relied on Governmental Entitlement Programs like Public Housing Projects, Welfare, Food Stamps, Social Security Disability Funding, Free Lunch, and Section 8 Housing for survival, than their White Counterparts. This is especially true in large blighted and impoverished urban communities, not just in America, throughout the world.   CLINICAL RESEARCH: Intelligence Studies conducted throughout America, Europe, Africa and Australia have indicated that Black Students disproportionately score significantly lower on Intelligence Scales than other Sub-Cultures.
